Do you charge for a valuation?
No. A market appraisal is free and carries no obligation. We will also tell you the realistic range rather than a flattering single number.
Can you sell a house that is not on the market yet?
Yes — off-market sales are about a third of our business. Talk to us before you list publicly and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth waiting.
Which areas do you cover?
Harbor Point, Northgate and Elmwood, plus the villages between them. Outside that radius we will happily recommend a colleague.
Do you handle rentals?
We let a small number of properties each month, always with a referencing check and a written tenancy agreement.
